At ToyingTree Private Limited, we are dedicated to ensuring your complete satisfaction with every purchase. However, we understand that situations may arise where returns, exchanges, or refunds are necessary. This policy outlines the procedures and guidelines for such scenarios, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free process.

1. Return/Exchange:

  • Please initiate any return or exchange requests within 14 days from the date of product delivery. No questions Asked.
  • To be eligible, items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all accompanying tags and packaging intact.
  • You can raise return/exchange requests through either of the following channels:

  • Manufacturing Warranty
    • Period: 1 year
    • Products covered: Pikler Series, Learning Tower Series, Walkers
    • On some products like the Pikler Series, Learning Tower Series, Walkers, we have a manufacturing warrantee that lasts for 1 year. In case there is any defect / issue with the product, please bring it to our notice, and we will take the necessary action to fix / replace parts / whole as the case may be.
  • Accidental Damages
    • Period: 2 years
    • Products covered: All our toys
    • Toys are subject to wear and tear! And while ours are exceptionally sturdy, sometimes there can be accidental damages. If you can arrange these to be shipped to us, we’re happy to repair your toy at very nominal costs.

3. Shipping Charges:

  • For returns, actual shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • In cases of defects from our end or transit damage, shipping charges will not be deducted.

4. Non-Returnable Items:

  • Items such as teethers, rattles, and other personal toys are non-returnable and non-refundable due to hygiene reasons.

5. Return Process:

  • Once your return/exchange request is accepted, we will provide detailed instructions via call, WhatsApp, or email.
  • Carefully package the item to prevent damage during transit and include the original packing slip and invoice copy.0.

6. Exchange Process:

  • If you opt for an exchange, we will arrange for the collection of the original order and process a refund.
  • You can place a new order at your convenience.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

7. Refund Initiation:

  • Refunds for prepaid orders will be initiated within 48 hours upon receiving the returned product at our facility.
  • For COD (Cash On Delivery) orders, refunds will be processed within 7 days after the product is received at our facility.

8. Order Cancellation:

  • If you wish to cancel your order, kindly make the request before the order is dispatched.
  • In the event that the order has already been dispatched, shipping charges will be deducted from the refunded amount.
